Download characters?

Can I play with characters already made by someone and where can I find those? I dont like how my female character looks.

If you don't wanna start over and if you don't care much about achievements, you can just look up a money cheat code and get enough for plastic surgery.

You make constant money in game just from playing and plastic surgery is cheap. How bad at the game would you need to be to need a money cheat when the game throws money at you constantly?

Thank you, Kunovega! I didn't knew you can change the appearance after the initial creation and was restarting the game several times. *facepalm* Went to the surgeon and the character looks much better now!
