Doesn't start in Direct 10 & 11 launcher option

Can someone help? I tried a few things from a similar thread on the forum like renaming the launcher but that did not work.

Same thing every time click Play select Direct 10 & 11 and doesn't continue, its like it crashes to desktop.

Thats weird because on my win 11 work correctly without problems at all you must mees somethin on your pc what doing these problems

Yep exact same issue since I formatted my PC, I installed the latest Windows 11 24H2 clean install and it seems I'm now longer able to play Saints Row 3, 4, GOOH and SRTTR, the only option currently is running Saints Row 3 with DirectX9 !

I tried every solutions online:
- Reinstalled drivers
- Reinstalled DirectX 11
etc...

Nothing worked, apart from formatting back my PC to Windows 11 23H2 I don't see what I could do !

Okay, I'm back after a couple of testing, the issue was:
G-Sync

For some weird reason, since the latest Nvidia drivers I cannot play Saints Row 3, 4, GOOH and SRTTR with G-Sync enlabed in my Nvidia panel, the solution is to completely disable G-Sync (not just for a specific application, but globally) and the game launch without any issues !

Hope this will help some ppls with the same issue !

nope thats not a Possible because i Have G-Sync monitor with G-Sync chip integrated 360Hz and Game Run Properly That means Most problem are bettwen Gaming Chair and Monitor p.s. Played after newest Nvidia Update

I mean it worked for me ! This issue happened to me since I formatted and reinstalled my PC, so maybe this is due to Windows 11 24H2 idk, didn't had any issue with Windows 11 23H2 back then.

Since my new install, if I want the game to work, I need to disable G-Sync, I know it doesn't make any sense, but that's a fix for me.
