Morningstar HQ Crib

I chose to disarm the bomb in the Morningstar HQ Siege mission, what made up my mind was that Oleg said "Why not keep the building for yourself" I was excited at keeping the Morningstar HQ as a crib so i disarmed the bomb. After the mission I searched the map and there was no Morningstar HQ Crib. Is this supposed to happen?
