Progress problem in single after playing co-op

I´ve started campaign with my friend (he was hosting) and now when i want to play single i can´t have any progress :( for example, if i complete mission ,,Tour de Farce" in my phone shows up mission ,,Send in the clones". Any advice how to solve this? i´m at 31% and i really dont want to start again unless it´s the only way.
