Storing stolen cars in garage

I only have the police Peacemaker car in my garage and the DLC cars. How exactly do i store in my garage any vehicle that i steal in the world? Can i store a cement truck?

Like when i roam around and steal any car - can i make it available from my garage from then on?

You can steal any car and as long as you park it in the crib's garage where there is a floating key; it will be there when you come back.

Btw, is there a way to get rid of those wacky DLC cars (like teh Manapult, etc) from the garage?

Once it's in your garage it's there until you delete it. You can store most any vehicle, a cement truck or a tank. At the helipad you can store helicopters and VTOLs that you find. There is a limited number of vehicles that you can store. I think its 64. That counts any vehicle that you put in, including boats, airplanes, helicopters, etc. The 64 is for vehicles that you park and tell it to store. Vehicles added by DLCs, achievements, etc. don't count against that number.

Also cars stored at any crib's garage are available from the garage of every crib that you own / control.

You should be also able to store some vehicles at any Rim Jobs. As explained in one of the first missions, as soon as you customize car, it's automatically stored in your garage.
