Depends on the mod. They'll usually tell you how to install. You normally just extract the files and then copypaste them right in the main folder for the game. Some need to go in a mods folder if stated. Some mods might all use a customizable_items.xtbl, which you can't easily combine. You gotta look to see if two mods use the same files. And always make a backup of your unmodded game folder, as well as backups of your modded game folders if you wanna run different mods.
