Missing DLC?

Bought "Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package" on 9 July 2020, with Transaction ID : 2197144011502737166.

Then, two days ago, I realized that I didn't get "The Third Season Pass DLC Pack" when I was browsing Saints Row winter sales page. I contacted steam support & was told to go to Kochmedia support site, which have no function at all.

so, what should I do next?

"Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package" contains ALL up-to-date (and not cheating) DLCs to the game. buying it gives you access to all extra content; you don't need to buy anything else

"The Third Season Pass DLC Pack" contains three extra missions that already included in "Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package", so you don't need to buy them if you already have
"Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package"

in case if you are wondering, two extra optional DLCs - "Unlockable Pack" and "Bloodsucker Pack" are considered to be the cheating DLCs that break original game's flow and mess with how the game supposes to be played. because of that, those DLCs could be purchased separately and not included in "Saints Row: The Third - The Full Package"

I had the same problem, just bought this package today.
