Taunt Gang Members Impossible?

I'm going through the challenges and I have to taunt gang members but I own everything already and can't find any gangs anywhere... Any way to still accomplish this?

Even when you have 100% control of the city, sometimes enemy gang members will spawn randomly, it just requires driving around and watching carefully so you won't miss them.

However, there is a catch, that makes this a bit more annoying, to actually count towards the challenge, you have taunt the members of enemy gangs while they are not attacking you (and taunting one of them, will cause them all to attack), so you will have to lose gang notoriety before taunting another one (which should be fairly simple, as you can do that by visiting any owned store).

Another (easier) way is to join online game hosted by someone who does not have 100% city control, which will make enemy gang members appear more frequently in their territories. Notoriety part however still applies.

thanks, i actually did one of the activities that auto spawn gang members and racked up all 50 in like 5 minutes lol

For reference, which activity did you use to spawn gang members? People have this problem with some of the Saintsbook assassinations that require gang notoriety, as well, and it would be handy to know which activities might leave some punks or aircraft behind after aborting the activity.

it was one of the trafficking missions, i just got out at one of the deals that was done at a store i owned...you CAN taunt gangs even when agro'd, just go up and taunt everyone, kill everyone, and then run inside to drop the noteriety
