People need to stop saying this kind of stuff. Yes, the game would need to be scaled back graphically, but it could absolutely run on the quest.
Look at Robo recall, apex construct, etc. There are plenty of PCVR games being ported. (And with this game being made in unity, it would be trivial to get it running - getting it to run well will be where the dev time will be)
I really hope the dev at least takes a look at porting it.
Would love to see a Quest port, and I guarantee four purchases from me if it happens.
Or Oculus's Link function if you don't mind the cable - and VD would be quite good for Ironwolf, I'm sure. But, I personally know at least three people who are getting quests who don't have the PC to play VR games.
I even have use this to play “couch co-op” with someone else using the same cloud PC to join.
So in response to the Quest isn’t a PC HMD actually yes it is if you have virtual desktop or oculus link cable. I’d even go to far as to say a better one in my play experience that the rift!
