Anyone solve the achievement problem?

I've been trying to 100% the game, but achievements have been wonky. Sometimes they trigger, sometimes they don't. I've turned off my AV and VPN, validated installation files, restarted my computer, re-installed the game. Sometimes one of these solves the problem and get achievements working again, but then they stop working all over again and the old solution doesn't work anymore. It really feels random at this point. I've only got three achievements left ("Voice! Voice! Voice!", "Final Verse", and "The Right Stuff") and have already done everything necessary to get them, but the achievements will not trigger and it's getting frustrating. I'd hate to give up when I'm so close to 100%, so this is my hail mary.

Whelp, achievements have kicked back on, for however long that lasts. New problem: while achievements weren't working, I got all the Voices in the game. Now that achievements are working again, I can't get the "Voice! Voice! Voice!" achievement because the game has already registered me as getting all of them. Apparently the achievement triggers when you actually touch the last voice, but since I have no 'untouched' voices for it to look for the achievement can't pop. I may have to scrap my save file (if I can find the thing) and start all over from scratch just for that achievement!

Leaving this for posterity: If your achievements aren't working, save at least one voice until they're working again, otherwise you're shooting yourself in the foot.
