Go to Babel in Chapter 4.
Go to the Wy-Gate on the left side of the map on the same floor as the starting position.
From there, go down the stairs directly across and activate the bridge to go the second lowest level of the central tower.
CRITICAL: Do NOT teach them how to descend.
Once the blackout occurs, drop to the lowest level of the tower on the side facing the Wy-Gate and you'll be right in front of a harp. Wait here until it's bright again.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT kill ANY Echoes on this floor. Just use push spam on the one close to the harp if it spots you.
Use the harp and then jump down to the lowest floor of the level.
Turn around and there will be a piano, play that as well.
DO NOT Kill or force despawn on the ECHO that has a patrol path right next to the other piano.
Cause a blackout (You can choke out the other 2 Echoes on the bottom floor and that should work) and then find a spot to hide.
During the next light period, do as few actions as possible and just wait. It will take a while since the Echoes above and the Echo by the piano do not sync patterns, but eventually they will both play at the same time. If it's taking too long, try distracting the lower Echo and using the pillar right by the piano to Mery-Go-Round it. It's crucial that you don't kill it, obviously. It took me about 4 minutes of waiting and one distraction but eventually they both played at the same time. The window is pretty lenient so don't worry about super specific timing.
