Is there a list or a way to know which Mitama give shards to make weapons with?

I can only find the threads on Mitama and Weapons (both of which are good and have already read), but not what Mitamas can be crafted into weapons...

just fgllow the page till the you get to the weapons at the end, then check your type to find witch mitama has what weapon.
