Where can I find Expert Anomalos?
I'm trying to get Sakamoto Otome, but I'm on Phase 9 and there's no mission for this oni yet.

I think this mitama drops in a mission on phase 11

All of his multiplayer missions are long against other Oni. Your best bet on anything related to farming him, is in story free roam. He starts spawning in a dead end in Chaos near the Age of Yore border after finishing a certain sidequest

you get the quest for it at the mine entrance right outside your hometown.
then you can farm him there every couple minutes until you unlock im in multiplayer.

What's the name of the sidequest, and how far into the story do I need to be for it? I'm on Chapter 3 now.

It won't be until Late Chapter 5 or 6 the quest pops up
