You can enable GSync for both fullscreen and windowed mode in the Nvidia control panel.

Exactly. You can also control scaling on Nvidia cards and force it to maintain aspect ratio when running full screen. Works fine on my ASUS PG348Q, and I also turn on 8xSGSSAA to smooth it out since it's 1080 limited.

Well, I don't know about that method, but I have a 1920x1200 monitor, and I needed first to change the desktop resolution to 1920x1080 (even if I had that selected in the launcher, yes). Then the game stopped stretching itself in fullscreen mode to 1920x1200 for no reason. How Koei could mess that up, I have no idea.

Somewhere in your video card drivers' control panel / configuration application, you can change the scaling mode for when the resolution doesn't match the display's native resolution. For my part, it's enough to choose to have the GPU make no changes and to let the display handle it, because the display correctly letterboxes.

I also have 16:10 monitor it's sucks really I'm playing in window mode :/

I'd rather not play in a window due to the potential for increased input latency.

King, only option is to set your desktop to 1920x1080 before playing (I use Borderless Gaming and windowed mode, it really doesn't affect the input latency at all). There's some weird "engineering" going on with the game that's for sure. Not sure if Tecmo even cares that much as technically speaking the game works as intended...
