Equip Spd mitama on 1st slot, deplete Glacieralla HP to almost 0 and conserve weapon skill, use Agility to boost movement speed, press start once ally land finishing blow to skip death scene. Go thru the red barrier which is disabled, within 20sec rush to end of path and use weapon skill to kill off the 2 shadow soul (tiny red dot on map)

Umbrapod (high level) - SPD En No Ozuna (Phase 11 MP The underworld)

Kill off the 3 drumble at the very start which are at the southern most portion of the red barrier. Lure the boss to the area on map. Kill her and you have 20sec to kill the umbrapod that just appeared.

I rarely play story mode, this was how I got them early while doing only MP. Tested the method in video as well and worked after 6 tries.

Eye of truth needed. They are available elsewhere, I just screenshot them to save everyone time from searching aimlessly for invisible stuff. Drop rate for the blazing soul 2nd mitama was actually low for me.

I can't get the Mitama for Katsu Kashu... I have been roughly in the area for about 30 minutes no luck

Shadow Soul will drop Soga no Iruka at the earliest point you can find one in game and thats a quest by Tokitsugu (funny enough the first kill got me the Mitama)

Yup many means of getting. I believe the easiest way is to do the story until end game. Go to promise land in age of yore with standard and hard difficulty to get all 4. I listed them as alternatives for people like me who enjoy MP more than story mode or someone who wants these earliest possible.
