How to pour beer?

Everytime someone asks for a beer, I poor the beer in a glass and give it to them...

They drink it, and get pissed off...

What am I doing wrong?

You need to make sure it's cold first. :)

Open the fridge behind you get a few bottles in, I reccomend three.
Then when I customer comes in I always add a new warm bottle before grabbing a cold one.

Ill have to try it again... I remember trying to put the beer in the fridge and the bottle dissapearing out of my hand. Maybe because I did it at the wrong time...

Yeah thats probably what I tried to do, put the beer in the fridge between rounds....

I find it easiest to just fill up the fridge as much as possible right after starting, that way I have a whole stock of cold beers to serve when they are needed.
