Laptop Graphics problem

This game dosnt seem to recognise my Nvidia graphics card, it only finds the intel hd graphics.

Is there a way to fix this?

find the exe file, right click and then click run with graphics processer than the choose your nvidia card

i have done that but when i load up the settings, it just recognises the intel graphics

Maybe disable the intel one in the bios or device manager?

You have to make it permanent in nVidia control panel. Also, it doesn't matter what it recognizes. If you chose nVidia card for the game, the OS overrides it, even if you don't see it in game's options.

That's what you get for buying ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Nvidia optimus technology. AMD laptops never have these kind of problems.

Open Nvidia control panel, hit manage 3D settings, choose MXvsATV and make the gpu the default. Open steam, right click the game and hit settings, you'll now find that the gpu is detected. You're welcome. Also this has nothing to do with Nvidia, and I'd rather use the integrated graphics over an AMD card!
