please help me learn how to download some sick stuff

Hello , Game keeps crashing, was wondering if there was an updated files to get to alllow access to custom tracks. I put the 2 files in database DLC008a then into install folder I put mx07leaderboards. and then added a track I downloaded into Database... crashes as I enter arcade mode...
EDIT OK I got it needed another file too
