The game freeze when reaching 100% loading after account selection, I tried verify files, ingame client fixing, and reinstall the whole game on steam, but nothing seems to work, can someone help me?

So, I updated Onmyoji recently and I can get to the intro animation but when I load my account it gets to 100% loaded then freezes. Reinstalls and Verifying GCF flies doesn't work. I'm out of ideas. Please advise.

Hi, I don't know if the Steam version is different to the mobile version, so I would like to know before doing a mistake. On the Steam version what happen if I click on "First Time Playing" instead of "Bind Mobile Game Account" ? it is permanent ? or can I switch between many accounts like the mobile version ? (I asking because I'm not sure if I want to link my mobile game account right now, but I do not want to regret it later if we can't switch accounts like the android version.)...
