OpenGL version is too low

I'm currently using 8440p and has updated to the newest graphic driver. But it still doesn't let me launch the game and this error just comes up everytime i start the game.
P/s: I've already done everything in the sticky thread.

Hi. Have you try the guide How to Fix OpenGL problem? You can provide your PC configuration to us if it doesn't work.

Yes, i have. But none of them works.
My laptop config is :
CPU : i5-520M
RAM : 4GB
GPU : IntelHD Graphics Family
Disk space : HGST HDD 1TB
