PVE Tier list ?
As a completionist, i would like to 100 % this game, And i would like to know what should i farm first in order to get a good team ?

Generally you want an AoE DPS farmer (Ootengu/Ubume/Ibaraki/KuroMujou/Kuro) to carry your team through exploration. Ubume/Ootengu is the safest choice due to their versatility. A maxed Ubume/Ootengu with 100% crit Seductress set can carry you anywhere in the game.
