Loading Problem

I've played the game on Steam for about 50 hour and I never had this problem: basically when I start the game after selecting my account, and clicking to start on the screen with all the characters, it loads endlessly. I don't why it happens. Also when I try to quit the game during this loading the client is still running in the task manager.

If someone has this problem or have a solution please communicate it

Also Update: I tried to let it load, and after a while it just stopped the loading and forces me "tap to start again".

I tried to verify the game files, and reinstalling the game, both didn't work

Did you upgrade your operating system between the 50 hours you mentioned and the time when this problem started to happen?

The day It happened, I started my game and it played totally fine, then I got a disconnected and when I restarted the game I could not load back into the game after the Loading screen you get after selecting your account and I still have this problem . I would like to point out that i also play on mobile from time to time and the account that I use works fine on mobile, so it must not be my account's problem. I did not restart my computer or upgrade my system in between the time I got disconnected and that I restarted the game. Although I updated my windows system the day before

Could you provide a screenshot of the loading process?

It loads on this screen for a long time around 10 minutes, then stops, basically going back to this screen before pressing anything to start, and if I tap again, it will load for 10 minutes again. I tried to let it load multiple times, never got into the game.

UPDATE: I got help from a reddit user, the game works well now.
I just had to uninstall AND delete the Onmyoji file in the common file to make it work.
