Hey all. Is the Medicine Seller/Kusuriuri from Mononoke available here in the west and if so, is he a special event character or is he still attainable? Sorry if this is a double post, my internet crashed randomly when posting before. Thanks!

The event is no longer available. The collaboration events run for three times only. The Med Seller and Inuyasha events have run through their three times, Hozuki will have one more run. There have not been any other crossover collabs for global. Due to how requesting shards work, it will be impossible for players that did not obtain shards from previous events to get these characters now unless Netease runs the events again, but whether they do or not may be up to license agreements.

Yeah sorry. They did just announce the final run of Hozuki earlier today, but the other two events are completely over with now. You can at least grab some shards for trade fodder perhaps (definitely get Maki and max her though, she's hands down the most useful of the three and you won't get her again after this), but otherwise all you can do is hope the retired events are brought back in the future.
