Stuck at loading screen

Since a few hours ago I've been unable to log into the game. After pressing "Tap to Start" on the welcome screen, nothing happens, I just sit at that screen forever. I've tried uninstalling the game and also the "Fix Client" option on the side, nothing has worked.

I know this is an old thread but I'm encountering this problem right now. Did you figure out a way to solve this problem?
