New Sura Pve or Old one "Armament vs black magic"

I have a old sura lvl 40 Black magic with "Dark protection M5 and Spirit flame M3" but I dont know if I should start again and create a Sura Armament For PVE soooo my question is:

What is better for PVE "in low levels 0-70 :

Sura Black magic with Dark protection G1 and Spirit flame G1.

Sura Armament with Enchanted blade M1 Enchanted armor M1.

Books are expensive and I dont have much time to farm :/
