To open additional client, you need to download it from Metin2 website and register an extra account there.

https://en.metin2.gameforge.com/ - if you are playing on the one of English servers.

If i want to know the ID and the PASSWORD of the account thetered to steam?

Steam accounts do not require ID and Password and are using Steam credentials for login.
Currently, we are working on the system that will allow you to link old accounts to Steam and other way around, but this system is not ready yet.
