Drop rates decreased?
I am not sure is it just me but it seems drop rates of materials and items are much lower than back in the day. Do you feel the same?

It's all RNG my man, also known as Random Number Generator. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don't. What's important is that you keep at it and you'll eventually get what you want!
