Black screen when starting the game

Hello everyone, i wanted to get back to playing metin after a major break, i've played it on steam before and had no problems back then but now after i've downloaded the game when i try to start all i get is a black Metin2 window ( Screenshot [imgur.com]).

I've tried couple things to fix it like checking integrity of files through steam, changing compatibility to Win7 and running with administrator privileges, restarting computer and turning off my antivirus but nothing seems to work.

Do you have any ideas how to fix this problem? If so please leave your thoughts under.

My basic system specs(if needed i can provide more):
Windows 10 Home 64bit, Intel i5 4690k, Radeon R9 280x with latest drivers.
