Peddler's request mission is bugged

We are unable to recieve the thread from ariyoung, when delivering the clothes and coming back to her to recieve the quest item apart from the usual dialog with her it only shows "Reset", there is no option to claim the thread. When clicking Reset we can ask her again for thread and she'll give you again clothes to complete the mission once more, tried doing it twice and it's impossible to complete. 2 other players said on the call chat they have the same issue.
