Need Help Wih Skill Books

At this moment i have 1 char with his inv full of books and most of them i cant sell even at 10~15K. My question is: What book at worth keeping to sell? (this way i can get rid of the rest)

iam have 6 skill books too what lvl can i uesd them too

Once you level a skill to 20 then you can use a skill book to master that skill.
