How does energy replenishment work? What determines how much energy you get at the end of a round?

Okay, I don't really know the lore for this game, but rather, I love CCGs and I'm always on the watch for a new one, so I figured I'd give it a shot! I'll post my thoughts later, if I think the game is good ^^
