What do I do if there's an error with the anti-cheat Battleye?
Please check the support site of Battleye or send them an e-mail.

How do I fix "Cannot begin communication [2] [9] [9] " error?
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Black Squad\CombatGame\Logs and send your logs through http://support.blacksquad.com/

How do I fix "Exception Processing Message" error?
Please check https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/nikolad/2005/03/18/resolving-application-dependency-on-visual-c-libraries/ for the fix.

My game won't start after I press play, what do I do?

Also check if your drive is full. Clearing it helped solved the issue for some people
Currently there is no 100% fix since we could not find a exact reason for this issue

How do I verify the integrity of my game's cache?
In Steam select and right click on Black Squad.
• Select Properties.
• Select the Local Files tab.
• Select Verify Integrity Of Game Cache.
• Once this process is finished click Ok/Done.
• Exit and fully close Steam.
• Launch Steam.
If you are automatically logged in to your account, please log out of your account.
• Log into your Steam account.
• Launch the game.
Why should I follow these steps?
The game's data can get corrupted for many reasons and in many ways. This will help clean and correct any missing or corrupted data detected by Steam.


Why won't steam download Black Squad?
(Assuming you have check the minimum requirements before)
On the Black Squad store page, there will be a "Requires agreement to a 3rd-party EULA" somewhere to the right of the page.

Click the links it provides to agree to EULA.

This should allow you to download the game!

Why can't I purchase bullets?
Be sure to have your steam overlay on!

To turn it on:
Steam settings > In Game > Check enable Steam Overlay while in-game

How do I fix [2] [9] [11] error?
Check if your computer name has a special character. Its recommended to use English with no symbols as a computer name then reboot.
