Logitech G13 Game Pad NOT working!

I use a Logitech G13 Game pad to play ALL my games in STEAM. As of a few updates ago Black Squad will not let me use it. As soon as I get into the game my game pad/controller will not respond. I have no issues using it with any other games, Just Black Squad! What Gives?
