New TP for weapons

i have 6k TP but i cant use them
the massage says lack of something when i try to use them
and what they mean by dispatch?

the shorter dispatch time is for the "Dispatch Squad" with which you can earn Copper.

for the weapon upgrade, TP is not enough, you also need an extra same weapon skin which is sacrificed in this ritual.

I did this with one weapon so far ^^' and I have mixed feelings about it.

So weapon TP is practically useless then. Ouch.
