Purchased Bullets not Showing
I just purchased bullets and it's been an hour now, my bullets are still 0. Devs? Anyone? How long does it take for you guys to fix this? And btw I can't load my inventory and can't even open crates. Thank you!

Bullets still not showing. Money was taken out from my steam account. Verified by checking purchase history and all. Devs? Please? #Neowiz

The game is broken and I can guarantee you that you will not get your money back nor the bullets. No one has received any compensation for the developers' failures. People have bought EXP/Gold booster packs and used them only to not be able to play the game due to it's absolutely awful state right now.

Don't put any more money into this game until you know that the game is back up and running and the developers have removed their fingers from their anuses.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I should've just stuck with csgo. I thought this would be a game where devs actually care

Neowiz finally replied to my email and responded to my ticket that I sent. Bullets were now showing in game! Even though I couldn't buy the lunar items that were on sale, I'd like to thank the devs for responding immediately that they can. I also commend them for apologizing in behalf of the company. More power devs #Neobricks and #Neowiz. Continue making progress for this game. Don't abandon this game's potential for profit like other companies. Thank you. God bless /close

Yup they did just make sure you check your email. The neobricks dev that I was talking to was very sorry for the inconvenience that I had, he was saying it was a server hiccup that they tried to fix asap
