Players have <0.2 Kill/Death ratio

So I see players with very extreme kdr almost every TDM I joined. I have no problem playing with them since it's just a game. But I believe it actually takes efforts to achieve it. Can someone who has low kdr tell me what exactly happened? I am so curious.

Case 1: They are utter recruits, have no idea how to play this game and die a lot.
2: They are afk, trying to farm exps.
3: Someone in your team is actually a hacker and owning them.
4: Someone in your team is actually Shroud.

i used to have close to a .5 kd, but then i adjusted to the game and found guns i liked.repairing that broken as hell kd has been rough though.

we in 2018 and there are some players talk about KDR.
game is for fun... after you play some matches you turn off this game and keep your real life

i downloaded this game like 5 days ago.
literally my first few games i was like 18-4

there is no reason to be bad as a recruit unless you are like 12
or dont have much experience in other FPS
