BS launcher application has stopped working

every time i double click on the BS shotcut it will start to load then this would pop up and i have to click close program? anyone else know how to fix this i can't find anything online?

Go to C: then programfilesx86 then find steam, steam apps, click on black squad and choose the 32bit launcher there, try it
