This game is pretty well optimized (aside from the netcode). You don't need much CPU and GPU wise, but you need at least a bit more RAM than 2GB.
I'm playing this smoothly on an AMD A8 laptop with Radeon R5 graphics on the APU chip, but I have 8GB of RAM.
32-bit should be fine, but let me re-emphasize how incredibly poor 2GB of RAM is. If you said 6GB, or just 4GB, then mwah,.. might be worth the try, but with 2GB it'll be a challenge even getting past the loading screen.

just download the tool on the page and click upgrade now when it opens and youll have 64bit windows dont worry about activating it itll work even if u skip that
if you really want to stick to windows 7 you can always just pirate it
