Can this game run on my laptop..

I3-580m
Gma 5700
2gb ram
Windows 7 ultimate

Nope, you're RAM is a huge bottleneck there.

This game is pretty well optimized (aside from the netcode). You don't need much CPU and GPU wise, but you need at least a bit more RAM than 2GB.

I'm playing this smoothly on an AMD A8 laptop with Radeon R5 graphics on the APU chip, but I have 8GB of RAM.

oh ok so idk but can this run in 32 bit also or do i need to reinstsll and get 64 bit instead ?

32-bit should be fine, but let me re-emphasize how incredibly poor 2GB of RAM is. If you said 6GB, or just 4GB, then mwah,.. might be worth the try, but with 2GB it'll be a challenge even getting past the loading screen.

bruh i have an AMD A12 laptop with 8GB RAM and i have it setup up on low setting and i get around 40-50 fps but with frame drops(which cause a 1/4 of my deaths) and its also running on the DX9 32 bit can someone help me make it run better?

i feel like part of your problem is that 64bit system because i have a very similar setup and get 60+

After Some Searching I Think The Bare Minimum To Play Black Squad on a Laptop is about

• 4GB Of Ram Or More
  
• Nividia 620m/Intel HD4000 / Radeon HD 7550m note:AMD cards haave higher raw performance so it should get you a 5-10 boost over the intel but all in all these cards should get you around 30-50 depending on the map the nividia choice is solid aswell
  
• For 60+ FPS Basically Most Integrated Graphic Cards should do the trick if its a igpu intel hd 5000 or equivalent

download windows 10 online 64bit itll boost your fps tremendously

just download the tool on the page and click upgrade now when it opens and youll have 64bit windows dont worry about activating it itll work even if u skip that
if you really want to stick to windows 7 you can always just pirate it

its a Lenovo ideapad 320 it does have a 64 bit system all my other games run on the 64 except black squad

I'm pretty sure it can run as long as your display drivers are updated. I've got a win 10 laptop, with 2 GB DDR3 RAM and i usually get 45-85 fps. The game runs well and loads quickly..
