Hello , I had a problem with transferring my account to steam - so now I have 2 different accounts , 1 is on US , and 1 is on UK - but on same email , can I please forge my past account to steam too ?

nah. unreal. it's 2 different acoounts. use steam client for us and for uk common. if wanna open both windows - just use sandboxie
