You can either drop the items on the ground (if they DON'T have the label [Drop], otherwise they can't be dropped) and then pick them up with the other character.
This is obviously easier if you can have both character online at the same time in the same channel by having two games open at once (it's called multiclienting and you can do that with the official client) or your friend ready as to not let other players take your stuff.
Alternatively if you can't multiclient and both of these characters are in the same account then you just need to drop your stuff on the ground (preferrably in a lesser populated channel/area) and quickly switch characters (preferrably you'd have them in the same spot beforehand).
The easier alternative is to just use the in game trade option by clicking on a character and asking them to trade (as long as the item DOESN'T have the label [Transactions]).
Again though, if you both own these characters on the same account then you can't do that since you can't have them both online at the same time.
A third, more obscure to most people, option, is to buy for both characters (on the same account) a Warehouse (the smallest costs 10k from Mimi).
Warehouses space are shared between characters on the same server/account so you can drop them and pick them up with the other character in your mini.
Alternatively you could ask a third person to trade the items twice, first from your OG character and then to the one you want the item in, but I wouldn't trust someone for that even if it's a friend so don't do that.
