Account got banned, what can i do?

Hi, tonight i put a glass on my space key to farm piis and get my job lvl a little up. i logged out at 9 am today. i just wanted to log in again and it says my account is banned and i should contact the support. due to this being a steam account, i dont have a nostale account to contact the support with and logging in with my steam accoutn doesnt work. i want my account back, because i really enjoyed playing and dont want to start all over again . ( i got 1 job lvl , from job 54 to 55 from this) its not like i used a bot or something , i literally put something on my space key and didnt use any bots/programes. can someone help me please.

Since nostale is a bad game the bans are not given in the right way. Even if you didn't use bots most likely a gm saw you and thought you did use bots, (to verify usage they simply move you to an area and then spawn a mob and see if you attack it)

its written in the rules that any sort of afk farming/leveling is forbbiden. you cant use pets or a weight on a key to level as long as you cant react to whats happening on screen. bots are forbidden aswell. your chance to get a temp ban istead of a perma is there i guess but it depends on the support that will handle your case.
