About job level obtain when in specialist

If i collect job level from main quest when i’m In specialist my main character will obtain that too or not? Thank you for answer

when you wear sp , job exp go sp job , if you dont wear sp it goes normal job. i mean you need transform.

Otherwise i think normal job gets exp too while you transformed sp on hunting, but quests i dont think like this.

You start to gain regular job exp while wearing an SP once the SP is job 20+
