I don't remember playing this MMORPG so I wonder if I should be happy that it's here on Steam...

Bemte is right, there is a lot of ways to make money on nostale, low lv > making seal to sell. Lv 45~55 you have a good pts for money and rep, 65~70 you have BTS that is easy and fast. Lv 73 you can do Ts 73 for money until you are good with it, and that isn't all, once Lv 90 equips was out, ppl started to spam ibrahim raid, and ea ibrahim box was like 500k, the key was like 1.5m, an equip .... another way is FC with shells and boxs. Another way to make money is grinding for WOA to sell or having fun with the mini games like the fish one that gives you Full moon that you can sell for a good price and mackerels that was like 15k, and people used to pay you to play and make 20x lv 5, and also reselling. Nostale isn't pay to win because you can trade mostly or everythink on the shop once u haven't use it. Of corse you can easly get rich and strong fast putting cash but you can do the same without cash like i was once on Nostale Uk. i was Talles a lv 90 archer.

Archer class is the most expensive class, every arrow cost 35 to 100 golds and when change to archer need all money possible for buy arrows

Not really, no...
For 120 gold, you get a set of arrows that is good for 100 attacks. Thus, you pay 1.2 gold per attack. You need around 3-4 attacks on average to kill a mob, thus one could say that killing a mob costs about 5 gold. A mob, however, drops 150-300 gold; plus items sometimes, so the price for the arrows can really be neglected.
If you are claiming that you pay all your gold for arrows I have to assume that you never played the game...
