Hungry, Hungry Monks Broken??

I have played the Hungry, Hungry Monks challenge 5+ times and gotten the required score every time, but the challenge will not complete. Getting very frustrated with these games as the last one I played I could not get all of the room trophies because of bugs. About to just get a refund for these games.

I am actually on this level as well. I went online and looked at the guide that you've pointed out but it doesn't help AT ALL. I'm getting the required amount of money, actually over the star limit but it's not actually giving me the diamond. This is very frustrating because I've done this more than 3 times now.
