Controller problem?
I recently just re-installed this game onto a new hard drive. The game worked fine single player, but once I tried to plug in a controller for a friend who wanted to join me, the controller simply didn't register. I'm using one of these http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51VEqhhLNrL.jpg, and as of right now, it works with every other game I've tested it with besides this one. I've used this controller before on this game as well, before the new hard drive, but it doesn't seem to want to work now.

Any advice or help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Other controllers work, IIRC. You literally just need a new one. This being said, I haven't touched the game in quite some time so I dunno if other controllers have the same issue

That being said, I'm fascinated you even HAVE that controller anymore. DId you just have it forever? Did you pawn it off someone else? Why do you have that one in particular? Why not a different one?

I never thought my post would be the obscure "someone else had this problem 8 years ago and there was never a solution posted" post. What a world
