Razer Panthera Evo Arcade Stick Problem

Hi There!

When I open the game launcher, my arcade stick appears twice on it:

I can config my keys for player one but once I open the game it just constantly presses UP and LEFT automatically and literally nothing else (no way to move my character or attack with the arcade stick, just using the keyboard while the character jumps like crazy)

Do you guys know what's going on and how can I fix this?

I'm not having this issue in any other game, literally all other games work perfectly, so I'm not sure what's going on with this one. Any help would be appreciated.

If you happen to have the same problem, try this.

"If you ever have "Steam controller support" enabled, and have controller problems, first disable that. It acts like joy2key and can cause double-inputs. Steam > Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings > uncheck "PlayStation Configuration Support" and the like."
