Hey. I know you are not obligated to keep your name spoiler free, but since it reveals a massive spoiler in Umineko and could ruin the surprise for some people, you may want to reconsider.
you're right. I selected the name back around 2013 ish I believe when it was far morr obscure. After work I'll try to remember and get around to that. Thanks for the tips tho.
Dlanor is a command-grab character with easy setups. Her command grab completely ignores the damage-scaling debuff and will always do the damage it advertises.
Battler and Dlanor have nearly the highest HP in the game as a team, very few characters(ronove is the only one that comes to mind actually) can compete with their HP pool.
Furthermore, Dlanors ability grants a 50% reduction to damage when it is up, combine this with Battlers healing and you can make a lot more mistakes than other characters.
Dlanor has a projectile shield, it's a cast-and-forget type that simply blocks nearly all projectiles. Ranged characters pose little threat to her.
Battler has the easiest approach attacks, good pressure tools, great offensive capability....Battler is basically the top-tier character of the game. He goes beyond simply beying the ''Ryu'' of the game.
