Will there ever be Achievements tied to the Latest DLC

Just curious as it seems odd not to have any new achievements with the latest DLC. I bought it and finished it free roam and stages plus drove about in the new cars. Overall its ok but, it's lacking achievements for the price tag so I refunded it. It should have been freebie IMO.

another thought would be, not putting achievements behind a paywall so one couldn't '100%' a game without buying DLC, is a good thing.

to answer your question, as far as we know, no, there will not be achievements added for the DLC.

I have a question, would it ever be in the developers interest to develop in game challenges tied to the dlc and base game separate of the steam achievements section so people could 100% base game and dlc separately in game as well as achieve the 100% steam achievements?

it would, but i don't believe steamworks currently offers this.
