Subaru Impreza engine Sounds Sucks

boxer engines have a very distinct sound, so i don't doubt that its the only engine you recognize. how would you suggest fixing it? maybe focus on fixing things you can change for yourself, starting with that entitled attitude. thx :)

sorry im not trying to be rude,
i know its a game i know sounds are not 100% reallistic and it doesnt have to, but cmon, we all know the relevance of subaru in rallys and the iconic sound, and it is poorly represented in the game.

the gc8 its supposed to be more loud than fast XD

i recognice a few other engine sounds like de toyotas, mazdas and suzukis but thats irrelevant...

i own a subaru with a 2006 NA ej25 engine and it sounds WAY better than the poor impreza in the game.

i love this game, thats why i think it is important to improve the sound quality, to maximize the xperience

I agree. After years of playing different rally games and watching WRC/BRC the Subaru in Art of Rally just sounds strange. Love all the other engine sounds I've heard while playing though.

It's not just the Impreza, the Celica GT4 and 911 are two more than sound nothing like the actual car, and I'm sure there are more that I'm not familiar with. It's a little disappointing since cars like the 911 and impreza have very distinct sounds, and the sound is a big part of the distilled rally experience in a game like this. Hopefully we'll figure out how to swap sound files around at some point.
