The best way to submit a report is through the form on art of rally's website - please head over to http://artofrally.com/ and click the blue button on the right side of the page

We will need the information below:

1) Description of the Bug

2) Steps to Reproduce the Bug

3) Player.log & crash.dmp file (if it exists)

• Windows:
  C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Funselektor Labs\Art of Rally\Player.log
  
• Mac:
  ~/Library/Logs/Funselektor Labs\Art of Rally/Player.log (you need to un-hide the Library folder in your home directory)
  
• Linux:
  ~/.config/unity3d/Funselektor Labs\Art of Rally/Player.log

4) If possible, please provide videos and/or screenshots

EDIT: OK so I experimented and the GOG version works whereas Steam version does not.

Can we make it work again?

Your save file got corrupted perhaps if the game was force-quit, or something weird happened.

I deleted the save but this didn't fix anything. However I'm pretty sure my PC crashed because of hardware before it stopped working so save corruption seems likely.

Then I noticed I can successfully start the game from the application (double clicking art of rally.exe) but the problem of not loading occurs when I use Steam to launch it only.

But there's a new problem if I launch it now: I play with Xbox controller. The A button stops working after reaching the car select screen in Time Attack. So I cannot advance any further to play the game.

This is very strange, I'll reply later if anything else comes to me.

restarting a race will undo repairs

1) damage vehicle
2) repair on next race
3) restart that race
the damage that was fixed will now be back (my car was on fire, I fixed it and when I restarted my car was on fire again)

Hi guys!

I bought art of rally, the deluxe edition, because all of what I saw about the game made me very excited about it.

I have, however, been very let down by my initial experience. I entered the game normally, configured my personal parameters and and went for the initial free roam, in Finland, when we're introduced to the game by the awesome Buda. However, once it's done, I start to control the car and everything works, until the screen goes black. I've noticed the screen keeps the letter box from the introduction, and the Buda's text keeps apearing on the bottom of the screen. This doesn't go away, and if I open the options menu to go back to the main menu, I'm back to the initial configuration menu (nationality, etc.) and the previously described situation happens again.

Am I doing something wrong? I tried googling for any support but this topic is the closest I got to any feedback about bugs in the game.

Please help me! I love what I've seen from this game so far, and I just want to play it...

I totally haven't been able to get into any mode but freeroam. I just downloaded the game for my mac last night. After the initial play in the freeroam, I began career mode, but after exiting it, I can't get in. I press A on my controller, or enter on my keyboard, and nothing happens. I can get to the car selection screen for custom rally and time attack, but can't actually drive in them. Is there something I'm missing maybe? I really want to like this game.

At the moment there is a save issue on GOG that we're hunting down!

Occasionally the game will enter a weird slo-mo where it becomes unresponsive. It lasts about 10-15 seconds or until you hit Esc.

This only started happening after the latest small update. I'm playing the game on Win10, using an Xbox controller over bluetooth.

Sorry, I forgot to mention it was on GOG. Maybe I'm not used to the forum there, but steam was the only place where I found any support threads.

Is there anything I can do in the meantime? Should I delete all and any saved games I might have in GOG?

There's no crowd on OSX because it doesn't supported indirect rendering. The video is set to private, but best to submit a bug report

In my game doesn`t upload daily snd week races.

Cannot remap xbox one controller. When switching to the "joystick" tab of the controls, all of them are still keyboard controls, and attempting to remap ignores the controller. The controller is plugged in via USB, it works, I just want to swap my ebrake and shift up.

Since the last update, nearly all my times (career and time attack) disapeared, instead I have a "did not finished" with a default country flag. What is exactly causing the "out of sync stage" thing that needed a leaderboard reset for those that u talk about in the update notes ?

I hope it will be good from now on, else no point of playing stages again and again for a better time :/ Had a lot of top 10 and even few top 1.


EDIT : went offroad outside of a finish, it respawned me auto on the road... but after the finish
Another respawn (auto also not by key), this time could cross the finish but +20s and double respawn
